11/17/2012: Explosive devices detonated in a rural area of Tarra town, Norte de Santander department, Colombia. The blast occurred in the vicinity of a group of four civilians and a soldier; one person was killed and three more were injured. National Liberation Army of Colombia (ELN) is believed to be responsible for the bombing.
