Incident Summary:

11/06/2012: An explosive device was found and defused at the entrance gate to Mazar-e-Quaid in Jamshed Town neighborhood, Karachi city, Sindh province, Pakistan. Mazar-e-Quaid is the mausoleum of the founder of Pakistan. Officials believe the device was targeting a funeral of a Shia leader who was killed in the same area as the mausoleum. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
