10/31/2012: An explosive device detonated prematurely as three assailants were placing it along a road in Bagh-e Shamal village, Baghlan province, Afghanistan. Two of the assailants were killed in the blast, while the third was injured and later apprehended by security officials. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed it to the Taliban.
