10/09/2012: An explosive device detonated in Landi Kotal town, Federally Administered Tribal Areas, Pakistan. The device exploded as the assailants were attempting to plant it, killing eight of them and injuring six more individuals. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed it to Lashkar-e-Islam (Pakistan).
