Incident Summary:

10/01/2012: Assailants set the Ataturk Elementary School on fire in Altinsu village, Hakkari province, Turkey. There were no reported casualties. This was the second time the school had been targeted in two weeks. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed it to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).
