Incident Summary:

09/10/2012: A suicide bomber on foot detonated his explosives near a group of police trying to disperse a peaceful demonstration in Kunduz city, Kunduz province, Afghanistan. Seventeen people, including the bomber, died, and 21 were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, a provincial police chief suspected the Taliban.
