Incident Summary:

08/15/2012: A landmine detonated in Tumaco city, Narino department, Colombia. The blast targeted workers attempting to repair a power line that had been previously damaged in an attack by the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC). Two workers were killed and one injured. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources suspected FARC.
