Incident Summary:

08/01/2012: An explosive device detonated near a water pipeline in Pul-e-Alam district, Logar province, Afghanistan. Five people, including two Afghan police officers, were killed in the attack, and four people, including two Afghan police officers, were injured. No group claimed responsibility; however, one person was arrested in connection with the incident and admitted to remotely detonating the device.
