Incident Summary:

07/24/2012: An explosive device planted in a water spring detonated as a group of children were grazing animals in Taywara district, Ghor province, Afghanistan. Seven children were killed in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed it to the Taliban.
