07/23/2012: Two explosives-laden vehicles detonated near a medical center in Khan Bani Saad city, Diyala governorate, Iraq. Five people were killed and 20 others were injured in the attack. This was one of 41 coordinated attacks across Iraq on this day. Al-Qaida in Iraq claimed responsibility for the incidents and stated that the attacks were a part of their "Breaking the Walls" campaign.
