07/12/2012: Assailants attacked a construction company's camp in Bodocheka village, Odisha state, India. The assailants beat and injured two workers and set an excavator on fire. Maoists claimed responsibility for the attack on posters left at the scene citing their opposition to road construction in the area. Police believed that the Maoists opposed roadwork because it would facilitate the movement of security forces.
