07/04/2012: Assailants shot a woman in Jamrud, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The woman, who died in the attack, was working for the Society for Appraisal and Woman Empowerment in Rural Areas (SAWERA), a non-governmental organization for women's rights. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, colleagues and family members suspected Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
