Incident Summary:

05/26/2012: Assailants on a motorcycle opened fire on Muzafar Jamali, the principal of Public School Kharan, and his family while they were riding in their vehicle in Kharan town, Kharan district, Balochistan province, Pakistan. Jamali and one relative were killed, and at least four others, including Jamali's two daughters, were injured in the attack. The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) claimed responsibility for the incident, stating that they targeted Jamali because he "worked for state agencies."
