Incident Summary:

05/14/2012: Assailants set fire to a forest depot and abducted three people near Jambulghata village, Maharashtra state, India. The three villagers were released on May 18, 2012; property was also damaged in the fire. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources suspected Maoists. The Maoists also left behind a poster at a panchayat office asking people to observe their bandh.
