Incident Summary:
05/14/2012: Assailants attacked the Zafar Shaheed Amn Peace Committee checkpost in Khozai, Federally Administered Tribal Areas, Pakistan. This was one of two coordinated attacks on checkposts in this area. One person was killed and nine people were injured across both attacks. The Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) claimed responsibility for the incidents, stating the attacks were in retaliation for the killing of a group member several days earlier.
