04/19/2012: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated near the home of the head of the Investment Commission in Kirkuk city, Kirkuk, Iraq. Two bodyguards were killed and six other people wounded in the attack. This was one of 43 coordinated attacks in Iraq on this day, all of which were claimed by Al-Qa'ida in Iraq.
