01/12/2012: Assailants detonated an explosive device at a liquor store in Sarafand city, South governorate, Lebanon. No one was injured; however, the blast damaged the store and other nearby shops. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources noted that this was one in a spate of recent attacks on stores or restaurants serving alcohol in the conservative area of Lebanon.
