Incident Summary:

01/07/2012: Six assailants threw a grenade near a bus stand in Sopore town, Jammu and Kashmir state, India. One person was injured in the attack. This was one of three coordinated attacks in Sopore on this date. The attacks came one day after the 19th anniversary of a massacre in the city perpetrated by border guards. No group claimed responsibility, but sources attributed the incident to Hizbul Mujahideen (HM).
