Incident Summary:

01/03/2012: Two teenagers attached an explosive device to the car of a detective from the Russian Interior Ministry in Grozny city, Chechnya republic, Russia. The device fell off when the car moved, detonating and injuring no one. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, the two teens were arrested afterwards, and a search of their apartment revealed extremist literature.
