11/23/2011: Suspected members of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) attacked the Selmo oil field in Kozluk district, Batman province, Turkey. The assailants shot and killed two security guards and an employee; they also wounded another employee. There were no reported damages. No group claimed responsibility for the incident and specific motive is unknown.
