Incident Summary:

11/19/2011: Unidentified assailants detonated an explosive device in a remote area of tehsil Salarzai,  Bajaur agency, Pakistan. The explosion was targeting the convoy of Malik Gul Akbar, a senior member of Salarzai Peace Committee. No one was injured in the attack and there were no reported damages. No group claimed responsibility for the incident and specific motive is unknown; however, Malik Gul Akbar was known for taking strong actions against terror-related activities and groups.
