Incident Summary:

11/15/2011: An improvised explosive device strapped to a donkey exploded in a market in Ganj bazaar area, Ghormach district, Frayab province, Afghanistan. The remote controlled device detonated at approximately 11 am, killing one police officer and wounding 17 civilians. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, officials suspect the involvement of the Taliban.
