11/14/2011: An explosive device detonated in the vicinity of a vehicle in Baquba, Diyala province, Iraq. The vehicle belonged to a Sahwa leader; however, he was not killed in the explosion. In addition, there were no reported injuries or damages. No group claimed responsibility and specific motive is unknown.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
