Incident Summary:

11/9/2011: Unidentified militants attacked a joint Levies and Khassadar force checkpost at Safi tehsil, Mohmand agency, Pakistan. The assailants attacked using heavy weaponry but were repelled by security forces; there were no reported casualties from either side. Following the attack, security forces began a search operation and arrested at least 20 tribespeople in connection with the attack.
