11/4/2011: A roadside bomb detonated in Baiwas village in Sumisip town, Basilan province, Philippines. The device exploded in the vicinity of a platoon of soldiers who were in the process of pursuing a group of bandits; six soldiers were wounded in the incident. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
