11/2/2011: Three explosive-laden motorcycles detonated near the city center of Basra, Basra Governorate, Iraq. The bombs detonated near cafes that were populated by young people. At least seven people were killed in the explosions and at least another 22 people were injured. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
