Incident Summary:

10/19/2011: On Wednesday night, near Kumarganda village of Bandhugaon block in Koraput, Odisha, India, suspected militants of the Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-M) group fatally cut the throat of Puala Sadaram, suspecting him of being a police informer. He was abducted on 10/18/2011. No group claimed responsibility for the armed assault, but the CPI-M group was suspected of being responsible.
