10/18/2011: On Tuesday, in Bishnupur, Manipur, India, suspected militants detonated a low intensity improvised explosive device (IED) inside the State social welfare minister’s office. The bomb was tossed in the office by militants. The blast caused no casualties and an unknown amount of property damage to the office. No group claimed responsibility for the bombing.
