09/11/2011: On Sunday night at 2330, at an unspecified village in Imphal, Manipur, India, four civilians were wounded when a grenade was tossed at the residence of Hazi Abdul Ganj, a retired school teacher. The victims were identified as Ganj’s four children, including two little girls. The windows, walls and doors of the house were partially damaged in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.

Successful Attack
Success of a terrorist strike is defined according to the tangible effects of the attack.
