08/11/2011: On Thursday afternoon around 1500, in Tallinn, Estonia, Estonia, a civilian, identified as Karen Drambjan, fired shots and detonated a smoke bomb at the Defense Ministry. Later, police moved in and killed the gunman. No casualties or damages were reported in the attack and no group claimed responsibility.
