Incident Summary:

08/10/2011: On Wednesday night at 0300, in Bara, Nepal, Nepali Army personnel recovered a socket bomb from the Nera Primary School at Kawahigoth-5. The explosive device was defused resulting in no casualties or damages. Janatantrik Tarai Madhes Mukti Morcha (JTMM) claimed responsibility for planting the explosive.
