08/07/2011: On Sunday evening, in the village of Garsoor near Galkayo, Mudug, Somalia, three militants fired upon and killed a famous Somali elder, Hassan Aw Mohamed Hussein, after evening prayer in front of the Mamuur mosque. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
