Incident Summary:

07/23/2011: On Saturday night, in Narayanpana, Koraput, Odisha, India, suspected militants of the Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI) group killed a tribal youth that was suspected of being a police informer. The victim was identified as Suka Nachika. Nachika was tied up and his throat was slit with a bladed weapon. No group claimed responsibility, but the Communist Party of India was suspected.
