Incident Summary:

07/22/2011: On Friday, in eastern Belfast, Northern Ireland, police located an incendiary bomb at The Oval football stadium; other reports said it was an improvised explosive device. The device had been planted by unidentified militants; however, police were able to defuse the device safely. No casualties were reported and no group claimed responsibility for the attack.
