Incident Summary:

07/22/2011: On Friday, in Konduz, Konduz, Afghanistan, suspected Taliban militants detonated a roadside improvised explosive device targeting the vehicle of Hamdullah Danishi, deputy governor of Konduz. The blast wounded three police officers, and caused an unknown amount of property damage to the vehicle. Danishi escaped the attack unhurt. No group claimed responsibility.
