05/20/2011: On Friday, in Burhakaba, Shabeellaha Hoose, Somalia, suspected al Shabaab militants took ten civilians hostage for violating their orders of selling a substance known as Khat. No casualties were reported and the status of the hostages is unknown. No group claimed responsibility, although al Shabaab was suspected.
