05/17/2011: On Tuesday, in Rairda forest at Burudih village in Saraikela-Kharsawan, Jharkhand, India, members of the Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-M) opened fire on security forces patrolling in the area. The Maoists retreated when security forces returned fire. No casualties were reported and no group claimed responsibility for the attack.
