Incident Summary:

05/12/2011: On Thursday evening at 2145, in Luna Village, Surigao City, Surigao del Norte, Philippines, 30 heavily armed men suspected of being New People's Army rebels raided a construction site and torched four pieces of heavy equipment using gasoline. The burned equipment included a Komatsu backhoe, a TCM pay loader and two dump trucks being used at the construction site of a Gaisano Mall. No casualties were reported and No group claimed responsibility.
