Incident Summary:

04/19/2011: On Tuesday morning, at Nagram, Imphal, Manipur, India, unidentified militants threw two Chinese hand grenades at the residence of an independent member of the Chingai Assembly constituency, Khasim Ruivah. The grenades failed to explode, and were later defused by police, causing no casualties or damages. No group claimed responsibility.
