Incident Summary:

04/10/2011: On Sunday, in the Loti area of Dera Bugti, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, unknown militants detonated an improvised explosive device alongside a pipeline connecting two gas wells to the main plant, destroying a large portion of the pipeline and suspending gas supply to the purification plant. No casualties were reported and no group claimed responsibility.
