Incident Summary:

04/10/2011: On Sunday, in Lamitan, Basilan, Philippines, unknown militants left a bomb in front of a school compound in a biscuit can. The bomb was believed to be made from ammonium nitrate and attached to two cellular phones. There were no damages or casualties reported, as the bomb was found and safely defused by a patrolling army ordinance team. No group claimed responsibility, but Abu Sayyaf is suspected.
