Incident Summary:

04/08/2011: On Friday at 1200 noon, in Jalawlah, Diyala, Iraq, unknown assailants detonated an improvised explosive device attached to the car of Colonel Haseeb Hussien, the chief of traffic police. Hussien was driving his car when the explosion took place and was injured in the explosion. The attack caused an unknown amount of property damage to the traffic police vehicle and no group claimed responsibility.
