04/08/2011: On Friday, in Suleja, Niger, Nigeria, 13 people were killed and 12 people were injured when unidentified militants detonated an improvised explosive device that had been planted behind a notice board at the office of the Independent National Electoral Commission. An unknown amount of material damage was reported. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources suspected that the attack was carried out by Boko Haram.
