Incident Summary:

04/02/2011: On Saturday, at Naguluru village under Kalimela block in Malkangiri, Odisha, India, unidentified militants shot and killed two men, identified as Sanyasi Barge and Tapel Gangeya. Suspected Communist Party of India-Maoists (CPI-M) held a 'praja court' (People’s Court) and charged the two men with being police informers. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
