Incident Summary:

03/28/2011: On Monday, in Baghdad, Iraq, unknown militants detonated a roadside improvised explosive device that targeted the convoy of Mohammed al-Shemari, one of Baghdad's deputy governors. Three civilians were wounded during the blast, but al-Shemari remained unharmed. The attack caused an unknown amount of property damage to al-Shermari's convoy. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
