Incident Summary:

03/20/2011: On Sunday, in Al Busleibi, eastern al-Dalouiya neighborhood, Diyala, Iraq, an unknown suicide bomber detonated his improvised explosive device in front of the house of Talib al-Ubaydi, an Awakening Council commander. Al-Ubaydi, his two wives, two sons and daughter were killed in the blast. The blast also caused an unknown amount of property damage. No group claimed responsibility.
