Incident Summary:

03/16/2011: On Wednesday, in Kirkuk, At Ta'mim, Iraq, unknown assailants detonated a vehicle borne improvised explosive device near the Kirkuk Hospital. The blast targeted the Director of Kirkuk's Water Office, Abdul-Qader Mohammed Amin. A woman was killed, and 39 others wounded, and several civilian vehicles were damaged in the blast, although Amin escaped unhurt. No group claimed responsibility.
