Incident Summary:
03/03/2011: On Thursday afternoon around 1400, at Shahporan Hall of Shahjalal University of Science and Technology in Sylhet, Bangladesh, unidentified militants broke open the lock of room number 205 belonging to four journalists and set fire to the equipment, including two computers. The attack caused an unknown amount of property damage but caused no casualties and no group claimed responsibility, but it was suspected that Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) militants were responsible.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
Criterion 2
There must be evidence of an intention to coerce, intimidate, or convey some other message to a larger audience (or audiences) than the immediate victims.
