Incident Summary:

03/01/2011: On Tuesday afternoon at 1430, in the Pio del Pilar village of Makati, Manila, Philippines, an unidentified militant on board a Honda Wave motorcycle with plate Number ND-9477, shot and killed a government employee, identified as Mario Reyes. Responding policemen chased the suspect exchanging gunfire with him. The gunman was killed and one policeman, Julius Guerrero, was wounded. No group claimed responsibility for this incident.
