Incident Summary:

02/28/2011: On Monday, in the town of Al-Mahfad, Ataq, Shabwah, Yemen, armed Al-Bakazim tribesmen kidnapped a Tajik doctor, Abdul-Hamidjon Ochilov, who was working for Russian Tekhnostroyeksport Hospital.
